A Saturday morning workshop or a weekend retreat away

Our recent palette knife workshop reminded me why intensive sessions are so powerful. In just a few hours, participants made incredible breakthroughs. While regular weekly classes are great for working on personal projects, the shared focus of a workshop creates a unique environment. Because everyone is learning the exact same skill simultaneously, any guidance given to one student applies to everyone in the room. This collective focus allows you to absorb tips, avoid common mistakes, and rapidly accelerate your progress in a short space of time.
Retreats on the other hand, like the one we held in McGregor add immense value due to the camaraderie that is built up between participants. People extend their community, share meal times together and get to know each other better, all the while learning something new, in this case ‘plein air painting’.
Come and join us at an upcoming workshop or retreat and experience the fantastic value of one of these events. Keep and eye on “upcoming events” on this site.
